KATHMANDU, Sept.3: The dispute resolution taskforce under the Constitutional Committee (CC) has recommended the CC to form a expert panel to resolve the mostly contentious issue of State Restructuring.
The recommendation was floated by the taskforce coordinator and Chairman of UCPN (Maoist) Puspa Kamal Dahal at a meeting of the CC in Singhadurbar on Saturday morning.
Along with the recommendations, the taskforce also presented a report on the progress made it in resolving contentious issues surfaced within various drafts of the new statute.
The committee is yet to resolve 22 disputed issues surfaced on the constitution drafting processes.
